A little payment update from Michelle

Following recent changes to Australia’s card payment rules, I’m updating my payment arrangements at Luxury Cruise & Travel Co.

The Australian Government-supported reforms, introduced by the Reserve Bank of Australia, removed surcharges on eftpos, Visa and Mastercard payments from 1 October 2026. Businesses still incur costs for accepting card payments.

All prices I quote are cash prices. 

Bank transfer is my preferred payment method, particularly for your final balance.

Credit cards can still be used for deposits and part payments. However, where possible, I kindly ask that you avoid paying your entire final balance by credit card, as I cover the merchant fees associated with these payments.

Choosing bank transfer helps support my small business and the personalised service I love providing.
